My last summer

My last summer

Hi, today I'm going to talk about my last sumer 2015. First of all I'm going to talk about my japanese course of summer, second I'm going to talk about my trip to Palma de Mallorca, and finally, I'm going to explain my 11^th of September, or 11S.

Well, when I finished the school in June, I started going to my Japanese summer classes. I went to my academy every week until the 15^th of July, when I finished it. I learnt a lot of new things and of course my teacher left me a lot of homework to do during the rest of the summer.

In the rest of July I didn't do anything special, although, I spent a few weeks in my grandparents' house and I helped them in their work, as always. Also I went to Port de la Selva with my friend Judit, for a couple of days.

In the second week of August our friends Carles, Mercè, Judit, my family and I, we made a trip to Palma de Mallorca. We rent a house for a week in a beautiful place called Can Pica Fort. We visited a lot of places like 'Les coves del drac', 'Cala del gat', Santa Margalida and others.

Finally when the trip to Palma de Mallorca ended, I stayed in Banyoles for a couple of weeks and I finished all my homework. In 11 of September my family, my grandparents and our friends, Carles, Judit and Mercè went to Barcelona. It was one of my favourite days in the holidays.

Everest/ Pan

EVEREST

This film is based on the terrible Mount Everest Disaster of 1996 when eight people trying to reach the summit died in a blizzard. The two expedition groups were guided by experienced climbers and they all showed great courage and determination to survive. But nothing could have prepared them for de Everest...


Comment: In my opinion, I think that it's gonna be a great movie. The plot is so interesting and, a couple weeks ago, I watched the trailer and I loved it. I cannot wait to watch it!


PAN

This fantasy-adventure film is the story of origins Peter-Pan. Peter is a 12 years-old orphan who lives in London. Then, one night, he is taken from the orphanage and transported to a magical world of pirates warriors and fairies. Peter has a great adventures, but he wants to know one thing: why did his mother leave him at the orphanage...


Comment: This is gonna be a bad film I mean, I watched the original Peter Pan film, and I liked so much... but this? Is like they wanted to create a new Peter Pan... (in my opinion) anyway it seems to be interesting. Definitely I won't go to watch it, but if you are a Peter Pan fan, go and watch it.

 Dear Sir or Madam, I represent a group called 'Teenagers Against Motorways'. I am writing to you because we are concerned about plans to close a park and build a motorway near our town. In our opinion, motorways are dangerous because cars can chive over them very fast and this can cause some accidents in the future.

If you finally decide to build a motorway, teenagers and children won't have a space to meet themselves or just do some activities together. I think a motorway will not be as useful as the park. On the other hand, the engine of the cars will be very noisy, and this could be annoying for the people in our town. We have therefore decided to take action, adn we are going to organize a protest. For this reason, we are sending you poster and we hope that you will support us and help to publicize this event.

Wild boar wanders into Hong Kong shopping mall

The female boar strayed from its normal habitat to the Chai Wan mall in the east of Hong Kong, where it stayed for four hours.

Reports said it climbed up a ladder before falling through the shop's roof.

The 25kg (55lb) boar was eventually tranquilised before being taken to an animal rehabilitation centre.

News reports in Hong Kong said the boar fell through the roof on to the top of display case.

It then jumped to the floor and ran around the shop, knocking over mannequins and signs.

A review of a book or a film

I'd like to recommend a book wich I read recently, called The Metamorphosis. The author of the book is Franz Kafka.

The book is philosophal and the setting is his house. The main characters is one man called Gregorio. Gregorio is a man who lives with his father, mother and his little sister.

The thing I liked most about the book were the meaning of the book, I mean, I liked what the book wanted to say, the philosophal message.


All in all, I really liked the book, and though it hasn't got a fair ending. It's one of my favorites books. I recomended it.
